Terms of Service

Please read carefully, as when commissioning anything from me I will consider the following terms accepted.

Payment
All payment will be accepted through PayPal invoices only, for both my safety and yours.In the case of an illustration commission of a value inferior to 100USD, the payment is to be sent in a single PayPal invoice upon completion of the sketch phase. The final artwork will be delivered only after the payment is confirmed.In the case of an illustration commission of a value superior to 100USD, the payment is to be sent in two PayPal invoices: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the piece.
The final files will be delivered only after the last payment is confirmed.
If a client gives up in the middle of an order after the first payment is made and by then the order is started, the first payment will not be refunded.Refund Policy
You will not receive a refund if you have violated any of my terms.
You will not receive a refund if the final files have already been delivered.You will receive a refund if I am unable to complete your commissioned work.Please note that refunds will be subject to deductions due to PayPal's transaction fees.Commercial Rights
Prices on this site do not include commercial rights, meaning every piece commissioned at base price can be used in streaming but can not be sold as physical or digital goods or be made into merchandise.Commercial rights can be bought at an additional price equal to 200% of the commissioned artwork's value.Revisions
You are entitled to two revisions after the final delivery of the piece.
For any additional revision after the second one, you will be charged a fee fixed at 10 USDCopyright and crediting
I retain copyright over my own artwork.
You retain copyright over your own original characters.You must not edit, trace, distribute or modify any of the commissioned artwork without my permission.When commissioning any work from me, you accept crediting me when the commissioned artwork is used.
You can credit me using my Twitter tag (@FreneticMedusa).I retain the right to include any finished commissioned piece in my portfolio.
I may stream your commission's drawing process. If you are not comfortable with this, please let me know.Files
The final commssion files will be sent as high resolution PNG files, one for each completed commission piece.AI Policy
